Needed a quick hot bowl of Pho, I mean it's 36C outside but it'll cool me down right? First timer, ordered #2, almost forgot to take a pic before slurping it up, it was really really good! Huge portions, fantastic flavour, had my bowl in front of me 2 min after ordering. Will def be back!! Staff was friendly and quick. Thank you!!

Was very good portions, and tasty. Friend rolls were excellent. Perfect crunch on the outside and moist yet well textured in the inside of it. Soup had great taste, and was a generous size. The bottles for the siracha and hoisin sauce were so new that I had the perfect squeeze for the proper ratio of soup and sauces.
This is my go-to when it comes to pho in Maple Ridge. I usually dine in restaurant but have recently started to take out since it is on my way home from work. My favourite items to order from Hot Pho are the #31 vegetarian pho with tofu or the #61 vermicelli bowl with crispy tofu & vegetarian spring rolls. I tend to alternate between either dish whenever I order. These dishes come with lots of fresh veggies and a ton of flavour. The #31 is a flavourful bowl of pho that comes piping hot when you take out. The packaging is minimal and is easy to assemble when you get home. For take out pho, it doesn't get any better than Hot Pho. The staff is always friendly and orders are ready within 15-20 minutes when you phone ahead. It is a good value for the price and I cannot speak more highly about the freshness of their dishes.
